      CrossPoint Church was founded in 2011. Pastor Greg and Darla Farmer with their son Jeremy moved from Indiana to Colorado not knowing God had very specific plans for them. CrossPoint was born out of a direct calling God placed in Pastor Greg’s heart. The church started in the home of one of the attendees with 12-15 present. The first church membership was signed into the history books and not long after, the church grew up to 25 within a rented hotel room. CrossPoint moved to an empty church building in Orchard Mesa where God began moving in a powerful way as attendance grew to around 40. After 3 years, we were able to purchase our current building (former bank and Choice Hotel Call Center). The congregation came together and worked tirelessly to get the church building functioning. By 2022, the church had grown to around 65 attendees. Pastor Greg and Darla made the bittersweet decision to resign after 11 years of faithful service and move to Indiana to be with family members. In February 2023, Pastor Daniel and Tamara Deering with their 3 children Eli, Luke and Tahlia were voted in as our new pastors. They moved from Wyoming to Colorado to lead CrossPoint church in its mission to reach the community for Jesus. CrossPoint expects great things to come as we advance the Kingdom of God.
